3) Payment Processing
Processor: We use Stripe to securely process payments.
Methods Accepted: Major credit cards (and other Stripe-supported methods as enabled).
Currency: JPY (Japanese Yen) at present (additional currencies may be added in the future).
Billing Descriptor: Your statement may show “UNLEASH FUDOTECH” or similar per Stripe/issuer rules.
Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Stripe is a PCI DSS–compliant payment processor.
4) Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds
Subscription Term: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellation: You can cancel any time. Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial periods, unused time, or mid-term cancellations.
5) Taxes and Fees
Prices may be subject to applicable consumption tax (消費税) or other taxes. Any such amounts will be shown at checkout where applicable.
6) Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first at support@unleash-fudotech.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
If a dispute/chargeback is filed with your card issuer, we will provide transaction records to Stripe and the card networks for resolution.
7) Data Security and Privacy
Security: Payments are processed by Stripe under PCI DSS requirements.
Data Handling: We do not have access to full card numbers. We may receive limited billing information necessary for account management, invoicing, and support.
Privacy Policy: Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data related to your account and subscription.
8) Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this disclosure from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
